Difficulty logging in?

If you're having difficulty logging in, the following suggestions might help:

Bad username/password combination

This means that the username or password you're entering (or both) don't match those we have on file. Put your username and email address into the form below for advice on the next steps in solving this.

Attempting to log in too fast

If you keep trying (and failing) to log in, you might get blocked as a security precaution, and see a message advising you that you're trying to log in too fast. Wait a minute or two and the block will be lifted; but if you keep getting this message, you might want to check that you're using the right username and password.

Account has been closed/locked

You'll get this message if the organisation where you volunteer has closed (or locked) your account, preventing you from logging in. For more information, contact the organisation where you volunteer.

Other problems?

Under normal circumstances, the best and fastest way to get help with logging on is to contact a support person at the organisation where you volunteer. If you can't do this, Three Rings staff might be able to pass on a message on your behalf: contact the Three Rings support team and let them know your username, where you volunteer, and the problem you're facing, and they'll try to help.

If you'd like to try to log in again, go back to the login page.
